These products are not in our stock, because they are not often sold.
They can be ordered at our suppliers, but they cannot be returned or cancelled. 

It's not possible for us to determine when these products will arrive.
The delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks on average, and depends on the availability of the goods at our suppliers and the circumstances of the transport. The day that the goods arrive at Ortho-Trends, they will be sent to you.

Are you already a customer?

Simply place your order via this website with a 5% discount.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation bij email.
If you want to order a product afterwards, you must place a new order.
Ordering bij email (info@orthotrends.com) is only possible by stating the reference number.
Ordering by phone is not possible due the risk of errors and misunderstandings.
Order placed before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Shipping and delivery of your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link. You can track and trace your order via this link.
You will normally receive your order the next working day via our courier DPD.
It can only take a day longer if our courier is exceptionally busy.
It is not possible to pick up your order. Our courier will deliver your order to the adress you specified.

Billing

The invoice is always in the box with the goods.
It is also possible to receive only a delivery note. The invoice will then be sent by email.
Send an email to stock@orthotrends.com for this.
Payment after receipt of the goods within 14 days by bank transfer.

- 25 bands minimal.
- Only in multiples of 5 bands.
- Bands can only be ordered through the form for bands.
- This Excel-form needs to be completed with your keyboard (only numbers) and emailed to info@orthotrends.com.
- Because bands are custom made, they cannot be returned.
  So it's important to check the form thoroughly before sending it.

One of the easiest ways to help the environment, is placing less small, seperate orders. Therefore, less packing material is needed and there are less emissions by transport.

Conditions

1.  Our return period is 14 days from the date of invoice.
2.  The goods must be in their original, undamaged and unwritten package.
3.  Can NOT be returned: Bands, positioners, trainers and products that we ordered especially for you.
4.  Together with this form that needs to be filled in (FAGG regulation).

Please pack the goods carefully so they arrive here undamaged, available for resale.

When we receive your return, and they meet al these conditions, we'll draft a credit memo, which can be deducted from an invoice.
