Conditions
- Only within the return period of 14 days after the invoice date.
- Goods must still be in original, undamaged and unwritten packaging.
- CANNOT be returned: special order goods, expired goods, tires, positioners and trainers.
- Together with this return form that you must complete (FAMHP legislation).
Please package your goods very well so that they reach us undamaged and suitable for resale.
As soon as we have received your return shipment and only if the above conditions are met, we will issue a credit note. You can deduct this credit note from your next invoice.

If you are already a customer of Ortho-Trends, you will receive a login and you can easily place your order via this website. If you are not yet a customer, you must first register under “Order”. Only if you order online, you will automatically receive a 5% discount. You will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
Goods marked “Not in stock – delivery time 1 to 3 weeks”
These are goods that we do not have in stock as standard, because they are not sold enough. We can special order these for you, but these goods cannot be returned or canceled. The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks and depends on the availability of our supplier and other factors beyond our control. The day the goods arrive at us, they will be shipped to you the same day.
Favorites
By clicking on the heart in the webshop you can add an item to your favorites. Once the heart is red, the article is in your favorites.
Catalog
We would like to kindly ask you to take a look at our catalog on our website under “Catalogues” – “Ortho-Trends”. If the product is not in the Ortho-Trends catalogue, it may be in the catalog of one of our suppliers. If you still have questions or cannot find the product, please send an e-mail to olivier@orthotrends.com. Our representative will be happy to assist you.
By mail
It is only possible to send an e-mail to info@orthotrends.com with the item number.
- Ordering by telephone is not possible due to the risk of errors and misunderstandings.
- Orders placed before 3:30 PM will be shipped the same day.
- Due to our automated way of working, it is not possible to combine different orders. If you want to order a product afterwards, you must place a new order.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link. You can track and trace your order via this link.
- You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to stock@orthotrends.com. We can only cancel your order if the warehouse has not yet processed your order.
Order bands
- Bands can only be ordered via the Excel tire order form.
- You must complete this Excel form with your computer keyboard (only numbers) and e-mail it to info@orthotrends.com.
- Min. 25 bands and in multiples of 5 bands per size.
- Because bands are only made to order, they cannot be returned.
- It is therefore important to check this form thoroughly before sending.
- Delivery time for 3M tires: 2 to 3 weeks. For Leone tires about 2 weeks.
Dispatch
Free shipping from €150 excl. VAT. Orders less than €150: €7.50.
It is not possible to collect your orders.
Deliveries
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link. You can track and trace your order via this link.
Your order is usually delivered the next working day. It may only take a day longer if our courier is exceptionally busy. Unfortunately, our courier cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, because their logistics operation depends on many factors.
Prices
On our website under “Order” you will find all prices, including a 5% online discount. You must log in first.
My invoices
You will find all your invoices under “Order” - “My invoices”. You must log in first. The invoice is always in the box with the goods. You can also receive your invoices by e-mail. Send an e-mail to admin@orthotrends.com.
My backorders
All backorders can be found under “Order” - “My backorders”. You must log in first. The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks and depends on the availability of our supplier and other factors beyond our control. The day the goods arrive at us, they will be shipped to you the same day.

You can change all your data on our website under “Order” – “My details”. You must log in first.
